尼日利亚阿比亚州和伊莫州为增强妇女权能的创业技能

该研究采用了调查设计,以确定尼日利亚阿比亚州(Abia)和伊莫州(Imo)的芋头生产中为增强妇女权能的创业技能。本研究的目的是确定可用于增强妇女在芋头生产中的权能的创业技能,并确定增强妇女在芋头生产中的权能的推广策略。该研究的假设表明,现有的创业技能和增强妇女权能的策略在芋头生产中没有显著的平均差异。问卷是数据收集的工具,在4点测量量表上构建,它以( )为切点的4点测量表构建。该工具经两位农业推广和统计专家的同行评审验证。采用Cronbach s Alpha进行信度分析,信度系数rα = 0.83,确定信度指标较高。采用多阶段简单概率和不成比例抽样技术,选择样本量为250。在阿比亚,抽取100名女性芋头种植农民,在伊莫州抽取150名。由抽样地区的推广人员和妇女发展联盟主管等研究助理的帮助下管理和检索了该工具。收集的数据采用频率、均数和推断统计的描述性统计作为0.05显著性水平的t检验进行分析。调查结果显示,创业技能有助于增强妇女的权能,阿比亚州的综合平均值为2.78,伊莫州的综合平均分为3.13。伊莫州妇女比阿比亚州芋头种植农民表现好。还有人指出,伊莫州( )比阿比亚州 更多地采用增强女性芋头种植农民权能的策略。平均差异不显著的假设没有被拒绝,因为P 0.05的t = -0.003表明阿比亚洲和伊莫州为使妇女掌握芋头生产的创业技能而采用的策略没有平均差异。得出的结论是,在伊莫州和阿比亚州,女性芋头种植农民的权力较低,获得土地、资金和推广服务的机会较少。但是,在增强妇女在芋头生产中的创业技能方面所采用的策略上,伊莫州芋头种植农民略优于阿比亚州农民。结论是,芋头种植农民在创业技能方面的权能较弱,因此他们获得土地、资金和推广服务的机会较少。研究建议,应雇佣更多妇女到ADP(资源开发方案)的WIA部门,使她们能够充分授权妇女获得创业技能,如农艺和商业技能,以提高芋头产量。
