高粱基不同植物蛋白质源饲粮饲养肉鸡畜体性状、器官比例及生物经济成本效益分析

这项研究为期 56 天,以评估饲喂高粱基不同植物蛋白饲粮的肉鸡的畜体特征和器官比例。来自信誉良好且无疾病农场的全部120日龄肉鸡用于本研究。共四个处理,每个处理有30只肉鸡,重复三次,每个重复使用 10 只肉鸡,使用完全随机设计 (CRD)。对肉鸡提供自由的饲料和水。生长参数按周采集。试验结束时进行畜体评价。每个重复随机选取1只鸡,禁食过夜,并通过切断颈静脉屠宰。在温水中烫约一分钟后,人工拔去羽毛,将每只鸡切成部分进行畜体评估。切割部分的相对重量以修整重量的百分比表示。分别称量心脏、肾脏、砂囊/前胃等内脏器官,用电测微计(3000g称量计)记录。结果表明,考虑的畜体参数均存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。饲粮3的鸡的活重、屠宰重量、去毛重量、修整重量和切块最适。大豆(无论是饼还是全脂)表现出优于花生饼和腰果饼的优势。饲喂饲粮3的肉鸡的大腿、胸肉、鸡腿和翅膀的价值最高,而饲粮2、1和4的肉鸡的价值较低。饲喂不同膳食植物来源的肉鸡的器官比例除了肺外,具有显著差异(p<0.05),尽管没有任何明确的模式。饲粮2和饲粮3的肉鸡的平均增重和饲料转化率更好(p<0.05)。在各处理水平中,饲喂高粱基不同植物蛋白源饲粮的肉鸡每千克成本效益分析显著(p<0.05)。饲粮1中每千克饲料成本最低(p<0.05)。T1中增重的成本较低(p<0.05)。饲粮T1和T3的饲料消耗成本较低。T2和T3中,收入、毛利率和成本效益比很高(p<0.05)。饲喂饲粮3的肉鸡的参数最佳。本试验的实际贡献是完全用高粱替代玉米,成本最低,性能最优。
