埃塞俄比亚高粱 - 豆科作物间作系统收益能力的比较研究

摘要


作物生产与人口增长之间的不平衡是目前埃塞俄比亚的主要问题。为养活不断增长的人口,通过间作即在同一片田中种植更多作物类型从而增加作物产量是一个正确的策略。本文旨在评估高粱 - 豆科作物间作在高粱产量上的收益能力。与豆科作物间作的高粱增加了土地生产率,因为其土地等同比大于1。在这些情况下,土地等同比大于1表明间作的益处。一般来说,豆科作物提高高粱产量要么是因为高粱与豆科作物间作,要么是在豆科作物生长一年后利用其残茬供肥。因此,为求最大高粱生产,农民应该与豆科作物间作或利用其残茬供肥。除了用农艺参数来比较小规模种植条件下任何一种种植制度的优势外,还用货币总值来评价间作制度的经济优势。
